Amendments To The Constitution Of The United States
Amendment I (1791)

religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or

right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition

Showdown over computer crime
ome of the nation's computer pioneers see the digital world in
which they toil as a cybernetic rangeland with its own kind of
frontier justice. And some of them have set out to change the
system.
Their rallying cry is Operation Sun Devil and other government
probes into malfeasance by so-called computer "hackers." These
investigations, they assert, smack of hang-em-high justice and
all to often become examples of government heavy-handedness.
America, Where Are You?
Well folks...as I write this, I am just returned from another
spectacular 4th of July debacle...as if all the other celebrations of
national pride and homecomings aren't enough...now is the time to
really let it all hang out for "Independence Day". A time to celebrate
and reflect upon all the things that this country stands for.
We The People...Of The Telecom Community
I look around today at all the articles, editorials, and features that are
being written about how the government is suppressing the computer users of
this country. It amazes me to see the priority that this nation's authority
has in solving problems. Lately, those priorities seem to be to nail the
silicon-generation first, and then nab the 'real criminals'. I do see the
point in bringing true software pirates and so-called 'fone phreaks' to
justice.
POCKET LAW...Quick Reference Card
Hey, copy this down and keep it in your wallet for those situations where you might be suppressed by the power-hungry infidels of humanity.
Fight the Power!
As I sit here writing this, I can't help wondering what the hell is
g
oing on. Why is it that every time a group a people find some new freedom or
form of expression, the government steps in to suffocate it? Just look at the
National Endowment for the Arts controversy or the PMRC. Why must a small
group of paranoid people try to force their fears down all of our throats? I
must admit that when these things first began happening, I just sat by
thinking to myself that it was a crock of shit without doing anything about
it. It didn't strike close enough to home for
me to get involved.

March 11, 2005 Speaking of Discrimination against the hard-working Taxpayers who tries to cast their vote for the benefit of their future, and their vote gets cancelled by THE FOLLOWING: With our present taxation, you and I control less than 50 percent of what we earn, while a mere majority of our local, state and federal representatives – about 360 people – control more than 50 percent of our earnings.
